Grilled Prawns with Lemon Aioli

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Flaky sea salt & freshly cracked pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, finely grated
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Method
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Toss prawns with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill 1–2 minutes per side until just opaque.
For the aioli, whisk mayonnaise with garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Adjust seasoning.
Serve prawns immediately with lemon aioli on the side.
